Vinit, Mitul, & Fazal - three longtime Dosts (buddies) - were FaceTiming during COVID when Mitul made a classic mistake: he left his chai brewing on the stove in his newly rented LA apartment. Forgot about it for a second & absolute chaos followed - overspilled chai everywhere! There goes the deposit! 😱
Meanwhile, in London, Vinit was making coffee at home with his fancy machine. That's when it hit us - why isn’t there an easy way to make chai like this? 🤔
We scoured the internet looking for a machine that makes traditional masala chai, but we found absolutely nothing! So, we took on the challenge & created our own! 💪
We teamed up with the amazing design gurus Phil & Alistair at D2M, who put in some serious hustle to bring our sleek machine to life. It's been a wild ride with plenty of chai & laughs along the way! 😂
